"When shopping the other day I purchased a polo off of the sale rack. Everything was supposed to be 50% off on the rack. The price tag was labeled $85.00 but the lady (I’ve been told was the owner) who rang me up charged me $95 for the polo and then added the discount. When I asked why the original was $95 instead of the tagged $85 she told me they have thousands of those shirts in the back and it must have gotten priced wrong. She refused to honor the price on the tag. Super rude and expected me to just be okay with it. I’ve been supporting this business in buying for my husband, dad, & brother but it won’t be my first choice in shopping for men any longer. I prefer to give me business to people who appreciate the support instead of those who speak to me rudely & don’t give good customer service"

"Stopped at Plant Riverside store when we saw that they sold Barbour. We were greeted by one of the owners, and she instantly knew the jacket size and style that would be the perfect fit. They didn’t have the hood we wanted to go with it, so before we left, she had given us her business card and told us that we could get the hood at one of the other locations, which we did a week or so later. These folks have been in business for decades, and that’s because they know their stuff, and they provide top-notch customer service."

I asked them if they had what I was looking for and the salesman went in the back and didn’t even need to ask me my size. I was surprised that he presented and knew I was a 40 chest just by looking at my build! We chatted about the brands history and I walked out very happy with a beautiful jacket.
