"Super nice people who take their time to ensure your services are not rushed and you get exactly what you ask for. I went in as a walk-in and was told they were booked for the day. Some would be taken aback by this since it was still an hour and a half before closing time. Because she was honest and didn't try to squeeze me in, I booked my appointment for the next day with an additional service. I'd rather them take their time than rush so they can get more money for the day. Definitely where I will be getting my hands and feet taken care of as long as I live in Augusta."

"We made an pedicure and manicure appointments a week in advance only to be told they could do only one person for now while they were making room for another patron (not of color) at the same time we had our appointment. We told them we would reschedule our appointment instead of waiting to get our pedicures separately as this was a social outing for us. After we left a lady followed us out to let us know this had happened previously to other patrons of color and she was appalled to see this happening again. Well, needless to say this will be my last visit there anyway. There are many other salons and I would rather go where my business is appreciated and where people honor appointments regardless of their background."

"While getting a full set, he filed so much and hard that he broke through my skin and caused it to bleed. Then he left to take his son somewhere in the middle of my nails but sent me to have the pedicure done. I had to wait almost 15 minutes for him to come back and then they charged me $88, saying the gel polish and full set was $60. Unless you want to bleed and be overcharged I'd stay far away."
