"What a bummer of an experience! I visited VIP Nail Bar on Friday around 11 am. They were busy, but immediately took me to the pedicure chairs and there was no wait. I asked for the $50 package (they have pedicure packages ranging from $35 to $60). The whole experience from start to finish was pretty disappointing. What was supposed to be a relaxing "treat yourself" experience was rushed and not at all what I expected. My pedicure was finished before anyone that was there before me. I was rushed through the pedicure so quickly, that the massage chair set on the 20 minute massage timer still had the 10 minute light left on it. There was no hot stone massage that I was looking forward to (it lists it as an option on the package I chose). When I tried to talk to them about it, I was dismissed with an "oh I'm sorry" without any attempt to resolve the problem. I guess he rushed through because of how busy they were. He was already started on someone's manicure after I had re-read the packages to make sure I wasn't wrong. Maybe I just got the wrong guy to do my nails. I don't know. But for something I do once every few months, this was an incredibly disappointing experience and I wouldn't return as I wouldn't look forward to this rushed, incomplete pedicure."

"Did not appreciate the nail tech that I got tell me I had no cuticles when I stated I wanted them removed. Proceeded to do sloppy job and I had to go home and cut my cuticles myself. Upset. Then when checking out she told me to add another zero to her tip. Lol does this look like I have no cuticles?"

"Once again I am more than satisfied with the techs at VIP Nail Bar. I went in today (07/20/2023) to get a full set, I also have a bridal dress appointment this weekend so I wanted to go simple but also have detail because that’s my thing. I had a reference photo and the tech immediately showed me a color that closely matched the one I was looking for. Asked if I wanted a coffin shape (of course) and got the length perfect the first time, I didn’t even have to say “shorter/longer please”! I cannot remember his name but he did amazing. Thank you VIP Nail Bar for the excellent and friendly customer service, casual feel, and AWESOME work! I will absolutely be bringing my girls here to get our nails done for the wedding ❤️"
