"I just had the worse experience, I don’t have a physical card so I called to ask do they have Apple Pay and was told they do so as I go to pay the owner states the machine not working and the courtesy to offer me to go get cash he just went back and forth my family and I usually go to this company often but the way he handled this was very unprofessional definitely as a owner. Thankful for kind people that was in there to make sure everything was okay but as a business the way this was handled was unprofessional and I’ll NEVER go back and prior to this the lady couldn’t even do the design I asked of and it was only diamonds. I usually would recommend this place to people but to see how things are handled due to their machine not working and no kind of empathy was given I can never go here again."

"Got my birthday nails done here 08/24 it’s now 08/28 and I have 4 broke nails ALREADY!!! Mind you I’m not even working on vacation so I’m not doing anything that would be the reason why . I will never get my nails done here again . In my 27 years of life I’ve never had this many broke nails for no reason . I’m new to Aiken so this was my first try ."
