"I took three young girls for Christmas nails. They all three had different techs. Of the three only my niece got what she asked for. My 2 grand daughters did not. Oldest gramd daughter earned French manicure with a Santa hat on her 2 middle fingers. She got a plain French manicure no Santa sticker. My youngest grand daughter when asked what she wanted she said red nails I asked her what color she chose and she said red nails again. But she ended up with a French manicure with snowflakes in her middle fingers. I didnr say much at first because this was my Christmas gift to them and I wanted it to be a fun experience and they seemed ok with the nails. But then I asked the price and rhe man who did youngest grandchild said "$50 because she had stickers" so whatever that was fine, but then the lady who did my oldest grandchild said that herd was also 50.00.. which I questioned. Both are 50.00 but he said hers was 50 because ahe had stickers why is the other with no stickers 50.00 also? That made no sense. But whatever I go to pay and I show them my 15% off coupon and the lady who screwed up the nails says you get discount if you review on Facebook. OK, but you won't like what I have to say. She takes my money, gives me the 15% discount per the coupon and then my niece comes out "they feel bad about messing up they gave you a 15% discount." No ma'am they gave me a 15% discount cu I have a 15% off coupon, they did not do one single thing not even as much as apologize for getting 100 dollars worth of nails totally wrong. My niece was very pleased with her nails and I wish I had gotten the girls name who did hers she was amazing. But the 2 oriental people who did my grand daughters 2 sets of nails suck and I plan to tell everyone I know and make complaint videos on every single platform I can find to complain on. Young black lady who did my neices nails if you ever go else where to do nails let me know. We were very pleased with your work. Thank you very much for making my nices first nail job a great experience."
