"The Facility in my city is Clean, new and well lighted. The Isles are little narrow but navigable, hand carts sometimes hard to locate when in use, They have increased however the number of carts. I had minor difficulties getting through the gate and into the building initially, but this was probably due to my lack of technology using WiFi. I paid for the whole month, I moved out within first 8 days. I thought I should have gotten a rebate for the unused portion of this month. After discussing with the Management, they did work with me on a resolution. This company advertises they appreciate your business and after discussing my situation and their resolution, I would rent from StoreEase Company again. "It was a little freaky at first standing in front of a screen to talk to someone on how to use the new system. My guy, Sparks, was amazing! He came up on the screen and put me at ease and was so friendly and patient with me. So the name..Store ease, fits very well! But Sparks is the man!! Thanks so much!"

"Rent continues to increase even though this place has no staff even physically at the location. For what reason? The “smart locks” they force customers to use are on a monthly subscription which is a total ripoff. I’d rather use a key than pay monthly for a lock that provides no additional security. Units used to be kept clean until StoreEase took over but now it’s filthy inside and the parking lot is covered in trash. You’re also sucked into paying them for “insurance” unless you take them a copy of your own. As if I need to insure my holiday decorations…… Ridiculous. For the price just do yourself a favor and buy a storage shed for outside your home. It’s cheaper per month and you’ll actually own it."
