"Tried to go to Geek Squad. There was one lady ahead of me at 10:40am. The guy said I would have to make a reservation and couldn’t look at it till 5:20. I couldn’t even drop it off. Apparently one person needs a 6 hour at the counter diagnosis. Poor service."

"We bought three big screen TVs TCL brand. 1 of the 65 inch and 2- of the 75 inch brand new excellent service. We also recently brought our parents there We have elderly - aging retired parents in their late 70s and early 80’s - and helped them to buy brand new laptops. The computer team was very helpful at Best Buy and our elderly parents absolutely love their new IBM yoga touchscreen ThinkPads. Thank you Anderson BEST BUY TEAM. EXCELLENT SERVICE. AND GREAT prices. "I bought what was supposed to be a new microwave that was damaged in about 4 different ways. The only resolution they gave me was to wait 11 days for a replacement. No discount, no concern. Someone used this microwave before, broke it, and Best Buy clearly did not give due diligence to weed it out before reselling."

"Never even got to make my purchase because the staff took so long. I waited over an hour and asked 3 different employees to bring a refrigerator from the back warehouse. None of them came back and they just started doing other stuff. It wasn't busy so I don't know what the issue was. If they didn't have it available they could have at least told me. If they did have it then I don't know how hard it could be for 3 people to find such a big box after more than an hour. Even when someone asked if I needed help and I said someone was getting the refrigerator they said they would get me an update on what was taking so long. None of them ever came back with an update. I interacted with at least 5 different employees to get a single item that their website had listed as instock. That's just poor communication and not respecting your customers time. I don't understand how moving on to checking price tags or putting stock away takes priority over a purchase. It's the only way you can actually make money and putting things away makes a store look nice but who cares when you can't buy?"
