"They were not restocking because of year end stock taking I was told. There was very little stock so a wasted trip, I drove 1 hour to get there... stores should serve customers not worry about a bit of overtime once a year... guess I will order online."

"I scheduled and paid for Best Buy to come to my house to mount a TV over a week ago. I have email confirmation and spoke with someone from Best Buy who confirmed I scheduled the appointment for this Saturday, but Best Buy said they had a system glitch and did not schedule me for an appointment and will have to wait. Normally it would be a minor inconvenience, but we have a baby due any day and paid to get this mounting done without any issues. I tried to call the store but am unable to contact them directly. Very disappointed and frustrated in Best Buy. Update: After calling Best Buy several times and not getting any answers, I moved the appointment to this Monday at 12/4. The associated promised that they would keep the appointment and be able to install my TV mount. Today, someone arrived to install the mount, but he said he was unable to do install it and that Best Buy gave him the wrong work order. They didn't specify what mount and that he would need another person to install it. I have still not been contacted by Best Buy throughout this whole process. Do not use them if you need to get a Frame TV mounted. Final Update: Do yourself a favor and call Kirk Electrical Services for TV mounting. I called them after this whole debacle and they installed the mount in less than 24-hours. Save yourself the time and frustration!"
