"Sofiya and I visited Flowertown today (2/14/24) so my girl could get a much needed update. The entire staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Sofiya was treated like royalty and they kept me well informed as to what she needed before proceeding. The bill was not as much as I expected and they explained all medication and dosage for home care. Sofiya usually has a difficult time with new people and can be sassy, as a chihuahua will be, but they were so professional in handling her and keeping her calm. I highly recommend this team! Thank y’all so much, we’ll see y’all in two weeks for her check up!"

"My three furballs (Emmy, Maize, and Talia) are treated like little princesses. One of them has ongoing health issues and Dr. Kline hit the nail on the head with her diagnosis. It's safe to say that while they are likely the most dramatic cats this office has ever seen, the staff & Dr. remains respectful and kind the entire time. I know that any time I call or take them in, the nurses and Dr. will love my three hellions just as much as I do. I can't recommend Dr. Kline and her team more, and they have my upmost gratitude in making my three be as happy and healthy as they are"

"They have a very caring and knowledgeable staff. Looking back to the covid shut down, they too great care to keep themselves open and available. Of course I wish dog care was less expensive, but that's just part of dog ownership now. My baby enjoys going and enjoys spending time with the delightful staff. They have the BEST hours. "This is our first time here with our puppy Cricket and this is the cutest veterinary hospital I’ve ever been to throughout my years of owning dogs. The technicians here were very knowledgeable, friendly and were very patient with our Cricket due to him being a very nervous dog. The environment here is very bright and clean. The prices are reasonable and affordable. We will definitely be bringing Cricket back here along with any future pets we may own. Thank You to the staff and the doctor for taking care of our boy ❤️"
