"We have a rental unit and were actually pleased with the service, none of our guests had complained about cleanliness of our condo, but ironically, we are here for a few months and have had a horrible experience. They sent a completely inept, unprepared cleaner and even after having her come back, the job was extremely poor. To be fair, we didn’t follow up AGAIN (for personal reasons I explained, but won’t go into here) When I finally was able to call to discuss the matter and explain why we were tardy in dealing with this issue I was met with a barrage of curt, rude threats of being reported to collections. Seriously 0 to 60 over one late payment for one cleaning. Very unprofessional and off putting behavior."
