Beech Island Appliance Service Co.

"We have used this company for years and they used to be great. We called because we had a unit go out and they sent a tech out to check the unit. It was bad so he replaced the unit. 1 1/2 years later the unit is dead and they supposedly cant fix it and will not honor a warranty due to the "criminal" employee they sent out apparently stole the unit and hooked it up and its supposedly not a unit they sell. We spent over $10 grand for that unit for it to go out and we have been with out heat for over a month because they cant fix it and supposedly cant get a part to fix it. My husband is a cancer patient and is already freezing to death, then the last month we have had freezing nights/mornings almost every single day. They havent offered us any help at all and said they could fix it that it would be about $1700 whenever the can get the part or they could replace it for another $6-7 grand. Mind you we just paid $10 grand to their "criminal" employee they sent out. We cant help he did what he did any more than they can but they hired him and sent him out and we are the only one suffering. They havent offered a discount or replacement or offered any type of heaters to help while they are supposedly waiting on a part that apparently will never come. I would stay away from this crooked company because they will not honor the work their past employees were sent out to do. NO I DID NOT KNOW THIS PERSON BEFORE YOU SENT HIM OUT TO OUR HOME TO SERVICE OUR AC. HE IS NOT A FRIEND AND IM NOT SURE WHERE YOU GET OFF ASSUMING THAT. AS A MATTER OF FACT THE LAST EMPLOYEE YOU SENT OUT TO OUR HOUSE EVEN SAID "OH, THIS IS THE JOB (SAID CRIMINAL EMPLOYEE) WAS FIRED OVER!!!" SO HE DID WORK FOR YOUR COMPANY. AND YOU HAVE SOME NERVE CALLING MY HUSBAND AND CUSSING AND ACTING A FOOL OVER MY REVIEW!! SO MUCH SO THAT HE HAD TO HANG UP ON YOU AND BLOCK YOUR NUMBER. THANKS TO ANOTHER AC/HEATING COMPANY IN THE AREA WE DIDNT HAVE TO KEEP GOING WITH OUT HEAT IN THE FREEZING TEMPS..."
