Pro Laundromat Mega Washers

"It’s nice that they got new washer and dryer’s with the app options to pay since change is such a hassle. Couple more things to improve though!! For one you have an attendant on site he sure attends to assist with carrying stuff and I appreciate that. But not only for security reasons I’m sure you have him. Floor mop or bathroom cleaning would be strongly advised. I know ppl are stealing but there really should be a soap and paper in bathroom and toilet wiped. Also if there is an option to have your clothes washed in hot water that hot water should be available. I come here for the new washers I will even stand the price but for that price hot water and bathroom cleaning is a must!! Please do better don’t take advantage of those who already missing out on basics necessary things at home."

"Some of the machines didn't work but other than that it was a great laundromat oh and the change machine does not work you have to go down to the carwash which is building over to get change"

"Son is hurt and missing chunk of skin no way to contact owner to let them know the tile needs to be fixed that’s broken and can cut anyones skin who falls on it and there’s cameras so I am sure they seen my son slip fall and cry after cutting his knee open and there’s no toilet paper or tissue paper here to even clean him up when this happens if he gets infection because of this dirty floor and cut I will be perusing a law suit no child should have to worry about playing with there sibling while adults wash and then slip and fall on a broken tile that is glass and split skin on there knee off and it’s a pretty big cut if it was a 1-2 year old running around they would be severely hurt and cut because of these tiles"
