"Called them out to look at a tree behind our house. Was told yes they could do it no problem. Told us to let him know when we got a few things moved out of the way. Called after we got said things moved and was told it'll be about 2 weeks before they could get to us. Ok no problem. 2 weeks go by and nothing! Called again and was told we got you on the list. Ok that's fine just let us know when you can get by. Since then no phone call, no coming to take tree down no communication at all whatsoever. Fiancee has tried calling MULTIPLE times to NEVER get an answer, never got any call backs from where he called. Even tried today 6-2-22 to call AGAIN to NO answer. No call backs or anything. We thought highly of this company just by talking to the man who came out and being told they were top notch and were very professional. Obviously they didn't want our business which is fine we will take our business elsewhere where it is appreciated."
