"My house had a plumbing backup. Wade’s sent a plumber out. He observed the situation, had me call 811 to get the dig permit. This occurred on Friday. Plumber promised to be back on Monday. Monday morning the plumber didn’t call and didn’t show. When I called the office I was told he had been assigned to another job. “I will call you when I can come.” After multiple calls to Wade’s no one showed up nor did anyone call. Very unprofessional and not a service I would depend on to show up. The star would be a zero if this was possible"
