"I took a shirt of my husband's there. It had beautiful buttons that didn't unbutton on the collar that matched the buttons going down the front. They just ripped the buttons off. They promised to replace the shirt until they realized it wasn't the average cheap shirt. Then they said they would replace the buttons. They pulled out some gold metal sailor buttons that didn't even match the shirt. My husband was upset, but not enough to be BANNED. It didn't matter, at that point, because I wouldn't trust them to wash a towel."
