"Purchased an air duct cleaning from tropical green cleaners through Groupon. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!!! First off none of their numbers work except the 1-800 #. However no one answers that phone and you have to leave a message. The second message I left they returned my call about a week later. Today they were supposed to be at my house between 8 and 10am. No one showed up nor did anyone call. Once again I called their 1-800 number and left a message. It’s now 12:00 I just got done dealing with Groupon to get a refund. Thank you for wasting half of my day. If you purchase any service from this company you will regret it!!"

I was EXTREMELY impressed with the gentleman (Camerounais, très professionel et courtois) who came to consult and perform the service. I have bought a second Groupon for my own home in Mt. Pleasant. I am a teacher and purchases like this are an investment in my home. I will update my review if it is anything less than stellar. Update: gentleman's name is Frederick Nchinda. He deserves a raise!"
