"Did a terrible job! House is approximately 4 thousand square feet and they were ordered to do the bottom level…..these people were there approximately 20 minutes. Stains was still visible and when my mother brought it to their attention regarding her dissatisfaction they said they would come back out and redo it. Guess what they failed to come back or offer any compensation. My mom called their headquarters to complain and still got no recourse! Ultimately hired another company to properly clean their carpet. Do yourself a favor and get someone else to do it!"

"We made an appointment with them for today between 12-3. We saw on the reservation that our apartment number was not there so we called to verify the apartment number with them around 12. Had we not called, we would have waited until they arrived to find out that they would not service us due to us living on the third floor. We had already moved everything off the carpet and out of the way for them to come and clean just to find out last minute that they would not be coming. It did not mention anything on the website that they do not service 3rd floor and above. We are extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the unfulfilled service from Stanley Steemer in the Evans/Martinez area."

"I attempted to make a complaint through the main line on how I got my couches cleaned today and after hours of drying the couch looks almost no different than before the cleaning. Customer service was absolutely no help telling me no one would be out til after the 7th of April (8 days away). I paid a lot of money for a couch cleaning to still look horrible. My house rents for the masters tournament on April 2nd and I am ashamed to rent my house with a dirty couch with no resolution. I also sent a Facebook message. The only reason I gave this 2 stars is bc my carpets were done good."
