The counter staff person (20 something male) was extremely rude, the storage was down a super narrow and hot hallway and the storage was so hot in the metal enclosed building over the summer that items were humidity damaged."

"Great storage option - convenient to Clemson and Central, Hwy 123 and Hwy 93. Shouts of THANKS to manager, Ms. Kim, who saved Christmas for us this year when she helped get us into two units - first month free on the indoor unit, first TWO months free on outdoor unit; only had to pay for insurance and "set up fee." I had a 10x10 outdoor unit, which was super easy to access with cars and uHaul. The indoor unit was superior: motion activated lights in the hallways, accessible (and super clean) restroom available, and lighting inside our unit (10x20). The door to the outside stuck a little (due to the super cold snap/freeze that came through while we were moving). And yes, after the 'first month free,' the rent did skyrocket to "normal Clemson rate" which was $352 for the indoor, climate controlled 10x20, and $177 for the outdoor 10x10 unit. We only needed the unit for a few weeks to bridge the Christmas vacation time, so it worked out great for us. Ms. Kim was super helpful when I first came into the office all strung out with worry about how we would solve the problem, and she very calmly offered suggestions and helped get me situated with a unit I could use immediately. When I came back a week later for another unit, she was equally as helpful and got me in that indoor unit - with move-outs already scheduled for both. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here with Prime Storage and Ms. Kim - Christmas 2022 was saved because of her! Thank you!"
