"We had scheduled for our house to be cleaned by this company. The morning of our appointment they called my wife who was on a phone call. Because she didn't answer their call where they left no message nor did they send a text, which had been the way we have communicated with them through the appointment process, they canceled our appointment. If they wanted to confirm a call the day before would have been more appropriate or at the very least left a message and/or sent a text. I cannot speak to the work they do but I would offer a word of caution getting them to do the work."
