"I would give this company ZERO stars. Worst customer service EVER! That Makenzie chick must work there in order to give them a polished review. This crew came out unannounced and drove all over our back yard. The entire crew was Hispanic and barely “speaky English” or none at all. Snapped my internet cable and then denied doing it. Accused me of being threatening when I asked to speak to their supervisor. Was told to take it up with my power company. Oh believe me I did and was told a CYA answer. They said that they are unable to send out notices on circuit cuts because they never know where the crew is going to be. I call B.S. If you look at Whitestone’s website it looks like an amateur made it. If you ask me this company isn’t running a legal business. Needs reporting immediately before someone gets hurt."

"Walton EMC used Whitestone for trimming around the electrical lines. Three different crews on three different days. All three crews were very professional, timely with the clean up after trimming, and respectful of our property and us."

"Drove their large chipper truck over my septic tank and lines. Recorded it all. If I have problems guess who will be hearing from me. Completely unprofessional crew and out of 8 crew members in my yard, only one spoke English. Not to mention coming in my yard with no notice, if my dog had attacked them whose fault would that have been? Snapping shoals EMC should hire a more professional company."

"This so called tree trimming company the Dominion energy uses to trim the right of way on power lines drove all over my front yard nowhere near any trees and parked their equipment in my other property front yard 20 feet from the house. Left ruts all over both yards to have to cut grass over, left their meal trash in they yard I have pictures of all this and have filed a complaint with Dominion Energy. I will be calling the company for all the good it will do."
