"20 year old unit pooped the bed on Wed. at about 4pm. Called Ms Joy at about 4:30 pm. New unit up and running @ 2:54 pm Thur. Less than 24 hrs. for complete service. Technicians were competent, polite, and answered all my inane questions. Having spent 50+ years in the cabinet trade I have learned to appreciate punctuality. These folks are definitely worth the money!"

"Hiring this company is a bad decision. I Hired them in May 2022, they said i needed a new system. They installed a new system. The install team overheat the coil in the unit and it would not work. After a lot of phone calls they came to replace the coil. After they replaced the coil they forgot to install the catch pan in the unit. The unit is in my attic, so all the water from the unit leaked for three months on my ceiling. Me and my wife noticed the water leaking onto our ceiling, then our ceiling fell in causing major damage to our home. They came back and installed the catch pan. But they refuse to repair any of the thousands of dollars worth of damage to my home."

"I was getting estimates for a new AC system, and a local business owner recommended Mc Cutcheon.  I called them and asked for someone to contact me about an estimate.  I did not receive a call.  So, I called back, and a time was scheduled for them to look at our existing system.  An employee came to my house last Thursday and said I would get an estimate by Friday.  I did not receive a call or email.  The following  Tuesday, I called them, and they said someone would get back to me.  It is now Wednesday evening, and no one has contacted me.  Why waste your valuable time with companies like this. Based on the way they are dealing with potential customers they probably will not be around when you need warranty work completed or you will have to call them 3-4 times to get a response."

"Coil had frozen up. My wife was home when they came. It was found Freon was low. They charged us for 7 pounds of Freon at 65 a lb. They never once showed us a scale before and after. Looking back we should have paid for a leak test, but they also should have refused to put some in without testing. Three days later they came back and found coil was leaking. Another 200 bucks for them to come out and determine coil was bad. I’m now 700 in and not one thing has been fixed. We spent two days waiting on them to find a coil and when they did it was going to be another 3100 to replace and that wasn’t included another 65 a pound for the Freon. My wife picked up the phone. Called another company sent him a picture of the coil. He said he would do it for less than half the price we were quoted by them and that included the Freon. I will never do business with them again. They’ve been to my house twice and the first time was not a good experience either. Check around people. Their are reputable heating and air companies out there and in my opinion. This is not one of them"
