"Evans Animal Hospital is the absolute best. Great team who loves our fur babies as much as we all do."
"Everyone there is absolutely amazing. They are great, especially for large breed dogs."
"They were able to get my little guy in super fast when I called about some health concerns. Such a kind, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. They answered every question without annoyance and genuinely cared about my pup! Thank you Evans Animal Hospital!!"
"Best vet! You will get the best care and medicine at this vet. We have been going here for years. All vet are not created equal. Over the years we have tried various other vets due to lower cost. What we always find out is that means corners are usually being cut, the service isn't as good, and the medicine is not modern (meaning we are given an old treatment that takes 3 weeks vs a modern treatment that takes 1-2 days). Evans Animal Hospital takes time to make the process as less complicated as possible and easier for us, which means easier in our pets. Many times I end up bring my animal to Evans Animal Hospital even after receiving care at another vet, and then everything is resolved."
"I just moved here and needed care for my dog. I called in June and they told me they couldn't get me in until August. I was trying to work with them and settled for that. I got a job and needed to reschedule, so I called back to see if it was possible and they told me I needed to fill out the new patient paperwork online before they could do anything, then they'd call to confirm. I do that and crickets. I call back and this time they can't find me in the system even though I was told in June I had an appointment. Erin has a terrible attitude over the phone and making me feel like it's just such a hassle to deal with me and tells me multiple times she talks to a lot of people and doesn't remember talking to me. Not that that's relevant since there should be a paper trail. She then tells me I filled out the new patient doc but not the new client doc. What is the difference and why are there two different forms that are basically the same. And why am I not being provided with proper instructions for this complicated process just for my dog to be seen? She then lets out a huge sigh and says we can get you in next week. If you can get me in on short notice, why did I waste 5 weeks of my senior dog not being able to seek medical care? So I ask what she has available because my work schedule is very rigid. She tells me ONE exact day and time and that will not work for my schedule. She says thats all they have and that's "squeezing me in". All I want is to be able to take care of my dog and while I hope it's a fatty lump from his age, I've wasted time not being able to have it checked out while it continues to grow. In addition to this we were struggling with fleas when we first moved here and luckily I was able to get that managed on my own. Doesn't seem like this place is a good option when it comes to the health of your pet."
