"Michelle has been doing my nails for quite some time now. She even remembered me when I came back from taking a break of having my nails done. I honestly view Michelle as a friend more than a nail tech. She's always legitimately interested in how my life is going and it never feels like awkward small talk while I'm having my nails done. I've never been disappointed by the quality of the work, either. Michelle is always excited to see what design I've envisioned and always more than happy to work with me to make my vision a reality. The products Michelle uses are top notch and will last. She takes great care to carefully remove any product you currently have on (as opposed to prying it off with a random nail tip, which I've had happen at other salons) carefully prep the nail, and work to make sure the final product is one that you actually asked for. Because of this attention to detail and level of service, you're going to want to make sure you allot an appropriate amount of time. Just my basic manicure and polish from my last appointment took a little over an hour. Usually, I get acrylics and gel, which can take 2ish hours for a first-time overlay. But, I walk out with beautiful nails that were exactly what I asked for as opposed to a quick slap job from somewhere with a constant stream of walk-ins every time I go. And, considering the time she takes, the price charged is more than fair, in my opinion."
