The Princess Palace

"First let me say that the place and decor were absolutely beautiful and upon arrival I felt I was entering a princesses palace. Sadly that is where it began and ended. It was the service that I was extremely disappointed with! My sis booked appointments for a BFF package which included a manicure, pedicures, and facial for our granddaughters, who are 10 and 3, a week before. When we arrived, we were not greeted or welcomed; just casually told to choose a nail color and glitter. The girls were given robes but the robe for my 10 year old niece was way too small and wrinkled. They did not provide an appropriate size chair that would accommodate my 3 year old granddaughter while she received her pedicure and after so long she stretched out from being so uncomfortable. The most noticeable nonexistent service was the lack of interaction or communication by the staff with the girls while receiving these services. Our girls were the only customers there!! Some engagement would have been appreciated. The package we paid for included a facial but we were told that they were out of the the facial wash and the girls were given a plastic ring in place of this expected service. What we had hoped to be a pleasant and memorable experience for our girls turned out to be very disappointing. These princesses were not made to feel like princesses at all. They got their nails and toes painted, something I do all the time for much less. End of story. Decor alone can not create the warm inviting fun atmosphere a business advertises but a major part of your service is how you make your customers feel. That is the experience!! This business fail well below my expectations regarding that experience and I hope for others who enter the princess palace, your experience will be much better and your girls feel like princesses when they leave."

"My daughters have had the pleasure of coming here numerous times, first to the grand opening and to some of the birthday parties held here. The staff is very courteous and very well mannered and trained! The princess palace is a great new spot for little girls!❤️ We are never disappointed!"

"My girls loveddd the experience. Very clean and pretty. The staff was amazing but i feel for 100$ the polish should definitely last longer than a couple hours or give the parents the choice of regular polish or the baby polish. Very disappointed the paint is coming off already"
