"Extremely slow in the pharmacy, definitely not staffed well enough. I've been trying get all my medications transferred for a month now even Walgreens has tried 3 separate times and they don't respond back. Worst pharmacy in Lexington."

"Don’t try to call or get them to transfer prescriptions to another pharmacy when they don’t have them. They leave you on hold for 30 minutes and don’t answer. I have called 5 times today and waited and then never transferred my prescription to wallgreens like they said they would and I really need the prescription."

"Not only did whoever was working at 5:45 on 7/11 hang up on me after the hold music stopped playing, but once I called back she said that they don't carry a generic medication for strep and that she couldn't fill it. It was 10 to 6, and I live 5 minutes away. It wouldn't, have taken even that long to prep so I could pick it up. This is ridiculous. My small review won't do much but others need to know not to take their business here. Ridiculous."

"This is an absolutely terrible pharmacy, they can’t get anything right and terrible communication. Today solidified the fact I will NEVER use this pharmacy and will contact corporate. I checked the website and it stated the store was open, I did not read that the pharmacy opened at 10, since it was 9:40. I waited at the window for what seemed a few minutes then heard something slam, I looked up and the lady I saw walking around in there closed the metal gate behind the drive up window. Talk about terrible customer service!!! All she had to do was open the window and say they don’t open till 10. Incredibly rude! I will spread the word and let everyone know. I with right down the block from another CVs that is on point all the time, all prescriptions will be switched to them."

"Horrible customer service via the pharmacy. I was in the drive thru line at 5:50 pm on Saturday July 8. There was a car in front of me and when I pulled up to the window it was 6:02. I know they close at 6 but the person at the window saw me in line before 6. I paid for my Rx online so all I needed was to pick it up. They closed the registers and refused to give the Rx to me. I’m not normally a person that complains about things. I’m fairly easy going. However this was a horrible display of customer service. I’ve worked at both CVS and Rite Aid in the past and we always helped the last customer in line if it was only 5-10 minutes passed closing. Some people waited before closing so it’s not fair to make them not only wait in line, but then turn them away just because by the time they got to the register it was a couple of minutes passed 6. I will be taking my business and Rx elsewhere and won’t be supporting CVS anymore."
