"Well, where to begin? I called Greenwood Veterinary Hospital for a cat that had an eye infection. My vet wasn't able to get her in for several more days. So I get over there and then when they found out that I have another veterinarian, they wanted to charge me an extra $50 because they said they would have to send the information to my vet. So instead of my bill being around $200, it was going to be around $250. I told them absolutely not and I immediately left. Once I left I immediately called Kinard Animal Hospital, approximately half a mile away. They said I could come in, as they had a 4 o'clock opening. I get over there and it was like night and day! No pen and paper 20th century input of information. Not one but three people working up front and taking information on computers. Not an office the size of a cracker box but a large intake room the size of a great living room. My cat was seen within about 15 minutes of arrival. And my total bill was about $109 including exam and meds, without any extra $50 admin fee, instead of $250. Kinard Animal Hospital was a total win win all the way around. This is where I will be going again when needed, I can assure you. Big shout out and a big thank you to Kinard Animal Hospital!! Hope this helps..."

"I'll never take my best pal back there. They were definitely overbooked. Stuffed us in a cubby that was about the size of a closet the Vet, whomever he was never introduced himself even though it was our first visit and managed us a whole 5 minutes of his time he didn't even examine our dog 1 and done for us."

"If you want to feel like you are at Walmart this is the vet for you. We had an appointment and still waited and waited. They are definitely over booking. We were just there for regular yearly shots and check up. The vet spent a minute looking at my dog and never even looked in his ears. The exam room was located sideways between two hallways and barely had room for two people. The whole place is run down and dirty. They charged more for the two shots than for the exam. We will not be back."

"Received very poor service today. My senior female border collie, Freckles, went in for a haircut and a bath. We were told that the vet asst. found fleas on Freckles but made zero effort to either report it to us or to treat Freckles for the problem. On the way home in the car I saw an active infestation. So I ended up paying over 100 bucks for the cut and wash just to bring fleas back home ! I will not be going back and will find another for all my dogs. Be careful."
