Baymont by Wyndham Greenwood 109 Enterprise Court, Greenwood, SC 29649

"We had a very nice stay at the Baymont. Very nice staff, very friendly. The breakfast choices were a little lacking. You would expect some hot entrées, such as scrambled eggs, some kind of hot meat. all that was provided was, bagels, fruit, cereal and juice, and coffee. We expected it to be a little more than that. That’s really the only somewhat negative comments I have. Once again, overall our stay was very nice."

"I don't even know where to begin. Family is in town for a funeral and this stay was unacceptable. First off, my brother in law found a crack pipe in his refrigerator in his room. Made staff come get it. Then our hot water in our room is not working. Staff at front desk stated they don't know what to do and there's no other rooms to move us to( yet the rooms on each side of us and below us were vacant even at 11pm.). Then, upon checking in, we were told the pool is closed cause she thinks it needs cleaned. This was one of the reasons why we chose here. Staff was not very knowledgeable in what to do in situations. Guys, 2 rooms down were smoking weed, and it was coming thru the walls. They then went outside their room to smoke it. This was definitely one of the worst stays ever. I wouldn't bring your kids here either."

"Absolutely horrible. We chose this hotel because of the pool, upon check In I was told the pool was not open "they think it needed to be cleaned". When we arrived at our room it smelled horrible, the bottom of the bath tub was black and there was what I can only describe as a hairball wrapped around the tub stopper, the ac did not work well, the fridge had food from a previous guest in it and was literally stuck shut from the gunk around the seal. The desk chair was fabric and had white stains all over the black fabric. When it was time to give my son a bath we noticed the hot water was not working. I notified the front office to which I was told " there were no other double bed rooms available, no 24 hour maintenance, and the front desk clerk "didn't know what to tell me". No discount offered, no solution. The property smelled of Marijuana, and it was obvious which room they were smoking I'm. Nothing was done about that either. Also there was a high pitch hum in the room all night.During conversations with other guests I found out one of their rooms had black mold, roaches, ceiling damage ( THE HOTEL IS STILL TRYING TO PLACE GUESTS IN THIS ROOM). Another guest had to be moved 3 times because of room issues. Some of the stairs are so rusted you can see through them. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE. I will never stay at this location again."

"I checked in 7/30/23 Location was fine, front desk staff were friendly & courtesy. My issue was the room was dirty. The bed sheets & covers were dirty. Housekeeping did not change bedding prior to us coming in the room. The bath tub was also dirty. Thank God I travel with lysol. Towels in the bathroom were also dirty. I went to the front desk to get new towels and was told to bring the old towels down, which was an inconvenience. If anything someone should have came to the room and retrieved the old one and gave fresh new towels. The same night I checked in went and ask to have housekeeping come change the bedding and was informed no one from housekeeping was there to changing the sheets/bedding. So for cleanliness I give zero stars... the room was gross."
