"I was actually referred to Gwynn's by a retail merchant I intended to do with business while on vacation in Charleston only to learn they didn't have their own brick and mortar location when I arrived. I know they have a number of retailers within their channel so to call out Gwynn's specifically must be indicative of something so I took the drive to neighboring Mt. Pleasant. At every touch point: Women's clothing, Women's shoes, and beauty & cosmetics, I encountered warm, friendly sales associates representing mostly brand lines that are already familiar to me as well as a few new ones I'd like to become familiar with. But the absolute standout of my visit to Gwynn's by far was Shaina H. Shaina's well poised, yet down to earth style drew me in immediately. She took the time to explain the benefits of being a virtual customer (I live out of state) and allowed me to dabble in what the customer experience would be on the occasions I'd be vacationing and could therefore shop in-store. Shaina's gift is that she takes the time to get to know the customer as an individual verses calculating sales in a preemptive or forceful manner. I left feeling as if I'd gained a new good friend. She even bookmarked restaurant recommendations and helped me get oriented with the area. Shaina, you can count me in on your book of business, from here forward! I couldn't help but tell others I encountered on my vacation that they should stop by Gwynn's and shop with you! I'm an awful packer so at least I know if I forget to pack something for vacation, I can come by and visit with you to get all the beautiful wears that I would need!"

"Love this store. It is rare to go into a high-end boutique or store and find an entire staff of warm, welcoming and knowledgeable people. I ran in before a meeting to see if I could find a bag.
