"It was a joke. I sat there while the hair cutters stood at their chairs and talked about giving birth for 8-10 mins. 1 other haircutter was staying busy with customers which I respect. I was the only one in the waiting room and got so mad I just left. Probably will never go back. I was looking forward to the hot towel wrap but my time is more important than ladies wanting to talk and not help the customers."

"I've been getting my hair cut here for a year or so and it's usually OK. I rarely get the same stylist more than once or twice. $28 which includes washing my hair after they cut it. Yesterday she cut my hair very quickly and offered no wash, etc. Still had to pay $28 plus tip. Also, there was no one waiting on the shop after me, so she had time to do it. Poor service, high price for an average haircut with no attention to detail."

"My fiance was a walk-in. He put his name on the list and was quoted a 4 hour wait. He put his name down and went next door to a local bar to grab a drink. He came back and watched 3 people walk in and get cuts. One lady was kind to say "hey he's been here almost 1.5 hours. Can I take him first?" but the ONLY person cutting hair still took the walk in. Horrible service! And there was no one else waiting. I'd hate to play the racism card, but it is what it is. Not to mention he's a VETERAN!"

"We had an excellent experience! I was a bit nervous because it was my 4-year-old's first time having someone other than a parent cut his hair, and he can be pretty strong-willed. The stylist was EXCELLENT with him, and the cut was adorable! We will definitely be back."
