When he arrived he was greeted by Jamal, a well dressed, professional that happily answered all of his questions. He worked with my husband so that he was confident they knew what he wanted done and proceeded with the measurements and markings. This wasn't a lengthy process either and he was finished within 20 minutes. Even better was the well communicated date for when his suit would be ready for pickup. He can't wait to get it back within a couple weeks and try it on. All this was made better by a fantastic price for the services rendered. It really felt like you got a lot for your money and we appreciated that."

"Got sabotaged by a tuxedo rental company and was less than 24 hours from an out-of-town black tie wedding with no tux. Rolled in after sunset and within 30 minutes was in a Calvin Klein tux that fit like a (comfortable) glove and looked phenomenal. They even had it pressed for me; I went next door for a drink and came back to a freshly pressed tux. Ann was amazing- super accommodating, kind, knowledgeable. In a pinch or otherwise, can't recommend Ann and the Mt. Pleasant Men's Warehouse enough!"

"3 of the 5 groomsman had issues with our rental tux for my sisters wedding and we barely even got them in time. Father of the brides tux, which was measured 4 weeks out, was not finally ready until day before. Wrong measurements, missing pieces, was given wrong and conflicting information from several different of the employees. Even after several alterations were made pants still didn’t fit properly. I’d recommend going elsewhere for any wedding rentals. The West Ashley store may be better, but the Town center location was an absolute nightmare."
