"The price for the Cooling Hat Insert was reasonable and it came within a reasonable time frame. The product itself though doesn't work well: it's poorly designed and doesn't last long. Beyond that, they will not refund your money or give you credit. It's poorly designed in that even the fabric side of the device has direct contact on your head, but the fabric is too thin provide safe insulation between your skin and the cold surface. It's fairly common knowledge that "ice packs" should not be placed directly on skin. The cooling effect only last for about 15 to 20 minutes, which isn't very practical. As for customer service, I was asked if the product was used. How would I know how well the product worked or didn't work, if it hadn't been used? Their response "We do not take back products that have been used". I explained that the product doesn't work. I was told, "We don't do returns on any of our cold therapy products". You might consider finding another company, there's a very good chance you won't be happy with this product."
