"I hate to be "that guy" but our new kitchen included all-new appliances including a built-in microwave that stopped working. Okay, things break. So, we spoke to Ferguson on Thursday and again on Friday and we still don't have a repair appointment. And they left for the weekend without providing an update. Any assistance would be appreciated. Update: We're 48 hours in and still no repair appointment and no word on the warranty. We found the same model today from a local vendor, so it may be simpler to return the defective equipment to Ferguson for a refund and go with the local vendor instead."

"Bought a gas stove on the 3rd of November told it was in stock got a call on the 6th of November said it would be delivered on the 15th nobody showed up or called us. Called today a was told there was no product for that order and someone will call us nobody has called at least someone could have the courtesy to call. Called Friday the 17th told it wouldn't be delivered till 22nd then I received a call that day saying all of a sudden they just received the stove and it would be installed on the 21th. Stove was delivered and conversion kit which we were told was part of the stove missing. The conversion kit was ordered yesterday supposed to be here today around noon to at least give us a chance to get someone at this late date to install for the holiday. So consequently we have no stove for the holiday."

"Bravo to these guys, their professionalism shines like the sun, with the exception of Joe. I caught him at the end of his shift with a difficult problem, though I understand that he wanted to go home it was inexcusable that he would order me to leave and took the part I was trying to return and refuse to give it back. Joe gets a Zero, Furgenson gets five stars. Thank you guys for making it right."

"We had horrible issues with our Dacor appliances and were refunded the purchase price for our Dual Fuel Range and Column Refrigerator/Freezer. I researched all high end companies and settled on a Gagganeu Dual Column R/F. Boy did we make a good decision. Waited 6 months for the unit to arrive at Ferguson's and pre-installation, installation and operation is exactly what Gagganeu claims. No quality issues with this model and all is well over the past 2 months of operation. I would like to have been kept up to date on the arrival more frequently, as this unit cost $22,000. So white glove service and communication is certainly expected. I dinged Ferguson 1 star for that. Otherwise, we could not be more pleased, or should I say the in house "Chef", my wife."
