"This location does a decent job on my son’s hair but they’re way too understaffed. Every time we go to check in it’s always at capacity. I’ve been inside before when they’ve put it at capacity and said they couldn’t take anymore for the day and that’s hours before closing. Today I called bc it’s at capacity and it’s only one person cutting hair in there and they’re closing 3 hours early, I’m assuming bc of staffing issues. The last few times I’ve gone to check in this is happening forcing me to go somewhere else. I’d like to use this location bc most the stylists do pretty well with him but the wait times are crazy."

"I definitely think I showed up at the wrong time. Wait time was 164mins and one person cutting hair. I did not have an appointment, so I assume you definitely need to schedule something in advance it you want a cut. I opted to try another place."

"Worse place ever. Waited 4 hours and another man that was last on the list got put to the top. So someone else was going to take my husband but then another man started saying he was ahead of them both so she took him and my husband ended up back at the bottom."

"If I could leave zero stars I would. Checked in online and confirmed for 11:46 am. This is ridiculous. Not to mention not one stylist acknowledged us nor the 3 people who walked in behind us. Absolutely the worst customer service. Won’t be return. An hr and a half after his confirmed time they got him in a chair and still had not greeted him properly. If you want to keep a solid customer base treat them like they matter ans you appreciate their service. A simple greeting is not that hard to do."
