"I got sns here on Thursday and they used they gel nail uv lap on my top clear coat. That was a red flag to me and guess what here we are 3 days later and all my clear coat is chipping away."

"The customer service was wonderful I took my daughter there to have her nails done for the first time. She loved it! I had my nails done both hands and feet. Love them. They did start to chip a day after I got them but I was more than likely at fault for that."

"Don’t be desperate enough to waste your time or money. I asked for a square shape and got this awful round shape. The French tip is horrific. My nails were $85. I refused to pay $85 bc it’s not even close to what I asked for nor did she even accomplish a square shape. It took her 45 minutes to even file and shape them into whatever shape they call this. The manager fixed my nails but it still looks no better. Obviously they hire just anyone. Very inexperienced and unprofessional. They also use very cheap products and I believe some of the nail equipment was used. They don’t make any money so it makes sense as to why the use cheap products. Surprised they’re even in business."
