"I was at my wit's end. I had a long day at work because I wore the insole of my left shoe out. There was a hole and it felt like someone was stabbing my foot all day. I went to the Skechers outlet on Abercorn and it was a terrible experience. I was feeling frustrated, anxious, in pain, and overwhelmed but I needed new work shoes. So I went to the Skechers outlet in Pooler and La'Ravia was a godsend. She saw me get ready to have a mental breakdown and was patient with me. She was very kind. At that moment, I really needed that. After I composed myself, she helped me with the entire process. She explained some of the different shoes and how much better some were compared to other shoes I was looking at. She showed me that I had to work discount that I didn't even know about. She was so great and I hope the next time I need shoes, she is still working there"

"Poor customer service! First, I went to the Pooler location to purchase shoes for work. No one greeted us as we entered. The cashiers were standing at the register, but neither of them moved to assist. There was a sale on the sketches and I attempted to use my teacher discount, too. However the cashier refused to let me use it. She stated that it was a cooperate policy not to allow customers to use that discount when they are on sale. I advised her that I had used that same discount the day before at a different location. She then said that the manager made that call. I asked who the manager was and she said the district manager, but that he was not here. I asked her if she could try and allow the system to reject the deal. She refused to do so. If it's policy, I understand, but I purchased shoes the day before at the Hilton Head location. Using the exact same discounts. At the end of the transaction, she put the shoes and recept in the bag and pushed the bag to me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I won't return to this Sketchers."

"The store is very organized and clean. It was easy to find what I was looking for. I love the arch fit sandals and wedges. The wedges and sandals I got are comfortable yet still stylish, which is often hard to find. Staff was friendly and helpful."
