"Staff was great, communicated and delivered on time. This was our second time renting from them, but we got different bikes this time, they were not the ones pictured in the advertisements. Wasn't a big deal, everything worked fine, but the bikes needed some maintenance. One had a broken spoke that would hit every rotation. All bikes creaked when peddling, some lube would help, and brakes all were squealing as we stopped, learned to pump brakes to reduce noise. Bells only worked on 2, the other 3 had issues. All in all we had a good time, just some maintenance work would be good."
