"Least honest business in Savannah. Very sneaky, very rude. - Told they would fix my bike, they did not fix my bike. - Told would be refunded for it, was not refunded. Save your money go to a different shop."

"We loved being able to rent bikes while we were in Savannah and the price was good. We rented two bikes for 2 days, equaling $60. First, I tried to pay in case but was told they would have “ no way to prove I paid” like receipts aren’t a thing. Secondly, I requested a helmet for my child on the contract I signed and did not receive one although the law requires anyone under 12 to have a helmet. Then, there were no lights affixed to our bikes for us to be able to legally ride at night. Georgia law requires both a red and white light. It also made it difficult for us to be seen at night and nearly got hit by a car. Lastly, on our last day, we locked our bikes up and decided to walk to a few shops on Broughton. I received a phone call at approximately 3:30pm from the female owner asking if we were done since she saw them locked up. I told her no and that we would return then prior to close of business as previously discussed. Although the price was right, this place has zero professionalism and does not appear to care what the bicycle laws are in Georgia. Rent at your own risk."

"Five stars. Just what we'd hoped for. We walked in looking to rent bikes for a few hours - we were immediately helped, and we were riding fantastic, comfortable, and functional bikes 5 minutes later. Can't beat the price. $10 for 3 hours. Perfect for cruising around downtown, the RiverWalk.....especially if you don't need bikes for the entire day."

"We rented two bikes and a lock for 3 hours. Our total was $23. It was amazing to experience Savannah in a different text mode of transportation. We loved it and would absolutely rent with this Sekka bikes again"
