"We waited a whole year to come back to this store to buy my Father’s Day present just because of the staff. The manager helped us find the right pair of Costa glasses for me. Did not try to sell us the most expensive either. When he rang us up, he gave the new employee working with him his sale. Did not get his name. He’ll own that place some day. We will be back to buy more. Best selection in town."

"We went there to just look at some sunglasses. I started taking to Damien a sales associate and he was very very helpful. He was very patient with me and I am very indecisive. Finally picked out some Costa glasses and trying probably 30 pairs with Damien hand picked to my style. Then I found out it was only his 3rd full day!! He did an awesome job and honestly the only reason I bought glasses there. He won my business too bad I'm not from around here unless I would but all my glasses from him."

"This store has a large selection of sunglasses in different price ranges. What stood out was the customer service I received from Cheyenne. My Ray Bans were cracked and she suggested that I go online and order replacement lenses. She said to come back to have them put in, since I'm local. She also wrote down all of the information that I needed in order to replace the lenses, and even offered to show me where to find the link on the Ray Ban website. I bought and additional pair, as well, in a different color after excellent input and suggestions from Cheyenne. While I was in the store she tightened a pair of sunglasses for someone and fixed the arm on another pair for someone else, and both had not been purchased there. Cheyenne was fantastic! I asked her if I could relay my thoughts to the manager---and she is the manager. I'm not surprised! And the 10% local discount was appreciated, as well!"
