"Thank you Fleet Feet and Jordan for one of my best shoes shopping experiences! The store performs feet assessments. I aquired through a phone call. Associate, Will, was friendly on the phone when I asked. I arrived shortly. I was immediately helped by Associate Jordan. I asked if I could have the foot assessment. I recently had hip surgery so I'm a little off balanced. I've had plantar fasciitis issues. She took all this into consideration. She asked if I was fine being barefoot. I walked down a hall and got on a foot machine. It looks like a large flat scale. It took 3D measurements of my feet. Jordan explained all the details to me. This helped her make the shoe choice decision. She brought out 4 different pairs of shoes. Helped me try on every single pair. My experience was about 45 minutes. She was very patient. I left there with a pair of socks, calf stretcher, muscle roller and 2 pairs of perfectly fitted Hoka's."
