"I wanted to like the store as it the only dedicated golf store in town. Looked around the store for about a half hour and wasn't even acknowledged with a simple hello. Funny thing is I could hear the workers conversation so I knew they were there. Ended up driving to Bluffton to PGA Superstore to make my purchase."

"I just left the Edwin Watts store on Abercorn after being in there for over 30 min and not a single associate even acknowledging me. 2 of them were behind the counter,not servicing anyone other than ringing up a purchase for 1 customer. Another in the back was helping get a club for a customer. He then has conversations with 2 other guys about shoes his friend played in. All 3 associates either saw me or walked past me as I was swinging and trying to find a new hybrid club. I was at the club wall for 30 min trying out different clubs and not a single associate even said, "hi...we will be with you in a second". There was no level of customer service. I went in needing to get fitted for a hybrid and help in making sure I get the right one for my needs. After over 30 min of being ignored, or them helping other people, I left. Also important to note that the store wasn't busy. There were only 2 or 3 other customers in there at a given time. The 2 guys behind the counter stayed there for the most part. It will be hard for me to go back here if this type of service is normal or continues."

This is the only golf shop you guys need to visit. What can i say about this place... Bill you are as skilled in club repair as you are charming sir. This place is special, no pressure sales, HIGHLY educated and passionate about the sport and good for chit chat as you look through hundreds of clubs for that hidden gem. This place is a gold mine. Mr. Bill you earned my business for good. Thanks for the much needed tee box upgrades. Ill be back to get fitted properly too."
