"With all of the uncertainty of a pandemic, we must remain flexible with supply and all that. The folks at specialty seem to never encountered a problem that wasn't someone else's fault. In the last six months and a few hundred dollars later, we've had zero on time orders, one pair of socks missing, two "ready" calls for incomplete orders, three numbers randomly placed, and four jersey tops. The sign says "get your cardio shopping" I think they mean get your heart racing and your steps by having to keep going in for a correction."

"Have always had great experience with Specialty Sports. Very helpful and my experience with their customer service and management has been very positive. I have placed large orders with them and receive items on time and in some instances early. They are willing to work with the budget, price points and timelines that I have given them. They have always been honest and upfront. So sorry to see a couple one star reviews...I have met their deadines and they have always met mine. Great locally owned company!"

"If I could leave zero stars, I would. I've placed several orders from them over the years because of Savannah United. Specialty Sports has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My orders are never ready when they are supposed to be, and yet the staff is still incredibly rude when they are, in fact, not delivering as they should. I do not want to participate with Savannah United just to avoid Specialty Sports, but my son loves the program so much."

"Worst sporting good store I’ve ever been to. Rude staff unprofessional attitude and also paid for uniforms one month in advance and still do not have uniforms for my child for Savannah United. Savanna United has tried to work this out with specialty sports but still has no answers as specialty sports is dragging their feet absolutely the worst attitude of any people I have ever met before not to mention trying to get in contact with anybody in management over the phone Is almost damn near impossible! All I have to say is I hope they lose a lot of business from the local soccer clubs due to the fact that they cannot perform to the ability needed to execute large uniform orders I will do my best to pass on the word to every person I know to not go to the store"
