"Beware. I brought my dog to her normal grooming appointment and requested a short cut/ puppy cut. When my wife picked her up our dog wasn’t recognizable. They had shaved her extremely short and knicked her tail. Because of this, she has chewed her tail constantly. We have her in a cone to prevent her from chewing through her tail. I wouldn’t recommend anyone brings their pet to this establishment. If I could give 0 stars I would. If you want your pet to be taken care of, do not leave them with this groomer."
"This grooming salon might be my favorite place by far in Charleston to make my Bichon Frise look her best. The team at Pleasant Paws are so kind and efficient with their time. They can schedule me within a week unlike other pet grooming establishments in the area. I love the team and I love how they make me and my fluffy white sassy dog feel"
