University Store at Georgia Southern

"If you are thinking about ordering books from the bookstore and not just ordering them yourself off of amazon. Think again. I have emailed numerous times with no reply and I have even called 12 times and have yet to talk to a human being. I ordered a very important book through the store it is now the second week of school and I am behind in class and still haven't received any type of tracking number or estimated wait time. When I did talk to one employee in person her advice was i'm probably not the only one without the book. Do not order books from the bookstore unless you want to get behind for the first two weeks of school and not even have the option to get a refund bc there are no refunds after the first week of classes. :)"

"Big thanks to Dominic and A. Jay for helping me find a very specific phone-to-projector adapter that I needed on short notice for an international conference. They spent over 30 minutes trying to figure out a workaround for the problem, and Dominic literally ran across campus to catch me after I left the store to let me know that after I left they were able to locate exactly what I needed. This was spectacular customer service and it was greatly appreciated!"

"This is an excellent store with a wide variety of items from computers to supplies, to books. Amy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us pick out and purchase a new MacBook Pro. The student discount my son received was great. We were glad we waited to by his new laptop here at school."

"Very nice and organized. Lots of stuff and books to choose from. The people that worked there were very attentive and helpful, most of them were students working through the school. Overall the school and programs they have are very unique and I can not wait to be a Southern Eagle next fall."

"A LOT of variety, pretty overpriced in my opinion though. My best recommendation for a souvenir would be a hat/cap. Some aren't too expensive, you'll just have to look."
