Reviews
""Have a nice day." Four words you will never hear after spending your money at this Kroger. It's bad enough there's never a cashier to ring you up so you have to ring up your own items while a paid employee stands there and watches you they could at least tell you to have a good day but no. What ever happened to customer service?"
"I'm in Savanna (October 2023) for a business meeting and needed a grocery store to stock my hotel room. What a mess of a store! It's dirty and very unorganized. I couldn't get down a few of the aisles for piles of boxes sitting on both sides. This is the only grocery store close to downtown so your choices are limited. What a disaster. For such a wonderful place, Savannah really needs to step up its grocery store game. I'd give this place a half-star, if I could."
"Brandon of customer service walked away from a customer he was helping when i grabbed him to answer a quick question he told me he was helping someone else! He clearly wasn’t! He was rude and had an attitude! I am not pushy and did not by any means interrupt anything happening. He was a rude and arrogant person who did have the attitude “ fresh for everyone”. Do not put a mean clearly hated his job attitude person in front of customers. He was trying to bait me into his hateful attitude! Not having it!"
"There has to be a explanation with the flies. I have been to two grocery stores and three restaurants and no one is paying any attention. This is disgusting. I usually don't have to many problems but this and fresh items being molded is not where its at."
