"Went in to buy brown shirts for type 3 NWU, employees accused me of stolen valer despite me being in navy working uniform and presenting my DoD card and CAC card, I myself am apart of the U.S Naval Sea Cadet Corps and aloud to purchase navy uniforms and uniform accessories, in the end after a minute of explaining and talking to my commanding officer I was aloud to purchase them, but told "next time you won't". Will be buying on navy exchange instead"

"Outstanding customer service! Manager called 2 different stores to have a jacket sent over, along with other items to complete the AGSU. The staff was helpful even near closing time they still helped me with all the stuff I needed."

"The alternations place next to the clothing and sales charged me about $30 to sew on tapes and a skills badge. That does not include dry cleaning. When I went to pick up they didn’t have enough staff working, so there was a super long line. Both my uniform tops were on one hanger and they put the badge on the wrong top. This is not a alteration shop I be giving my business to again, after my experience. The clothing and sales should be better stocked btw."

"I tried to return the PTs I bought, and they said it's past 30 days, so I can't return it. I just replied, "Oh, I thought I read it was 90 days," which I was mistaken, and it happens. She then says, "it's 30 days, read the sign, I can't help you," and walks away. Her tone of voice and her attitude were unprofessional. She was talking to me like I was an AIT soldier. It doesn't matter if people are trainees or permanent parties here, treat everyone with respect."

"Of course they have just about everything you need. I was looking for that little kit that you use to measure ribbons on your uniform. They didn't have it but one of the ladies helped me find something similar. The hours are fair as well. I have no complaints. The other associates are always helpful and courteous."
