"Upon buying a pair of boots that I was unable to wear, I went back to the same store for a refund or exchange. The associate advised I could not return any items unless there was a manager on duty!! I was told in a very rude manner to call customer service. I was also treated rude by the customer service department who told me the only thing I could do was email the company. Do Not Buy From Show Shoe or their sister company, they are not capable of providing customer service support or service in stores for returns unless you happen to find a manger on duty. This company does not care that you have to go out of your way to conduct business with them. I was yelled at by the in store associate and the customer service number required that I email the company directly due to the fact customer service departments are unable to solve any type of issues or problems."
