"Purchased a vehicle from them recently. Bought it as is but with their Everything is great stamp. Next couple days, having trouble cranking it, Told him it needs A battery. They Come get my car take it and test the battery , charge it , and say everything is fine. It’s a good battery. Call them back the next two days and told them it’s not a good battery. I went and had it tested myself. It’s bad. After multiple attempts to get them to bring me a battery they did. During all this, I realize that the hydraulics on the hood are broke. While the tech is putting in the battery, he told me that they knew about this before they sold me the car. He said that they have a list of things that needs to be replaced on a vehicle, but the Managers rarely give them approval to fix these things. So I let Matt know And he has nothing to say. Finally, I get in touch with Antonio a manager there. His words were this infuriates me, I’m gonna get to the bottom of this, I’ll take care of it. Now I can’t get him to answer the phone or return my calls. Is it too much for them to fix what they knew was broken Before they sold the car. Matt told me he would replace a piece that was missing in the car. Matt told me he would get the windshield taken care of. *Now, they won’t Talk to me. I feel like I’ve been very nice and reasonable with my request. Do not recommend this place to anybody. This is why nobody wants to go to a dealership. Everyone is showing themselves to be shady. Is there any decent businesses anymore."

"SERVICE DEPARTMENT AS A WHOLE IS IN EXPERIENCED AND WILL DEFINITELY RIP YOU OFF!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Update: After taking my Ram 3500 in for ABS issues that was never fixed because, they couldn't get the parts. Another reason for my visit was my AC unit that was blowing warm. They couldn't repair that because their machine broke down while using it on my truck...lol, SMH, sad. They called me to sell me on changing out all of the filters,; so I agreed. I Pickup my Truck the next day and left out to go to MI. On my way to Michigan I found myself on the side of the road broke down in Caryville, TN. After calling a mobile diesel mechanic out to repair the truck, I was told these idiots didn't put the rubber seal back on the gas tank filter they had replaced which caused the Truck to suck in air. I was also told the engine fuel filter had not been replaced at all, which was included in the pairs that I paid Waynesboro Dodge to do. Another $400 spent to fix the $400 plus dollar repair I paid them to fix. I had to get a hotel an stay for the night in Caryville, TN. Stay away from this place, you have been warned."
