"I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place is something special. I brought my first animal, a stray cat re-named Megatron, here after not knowing if he had any problems as a result of living on the street for an unknown period of time. From the beginning every staff member I interacted with was incredible. From Ashley greeting me at the door to Kim, Taylor, Maria, Dr. Kinsey, Dr. Hart, and everyone behind the scenes taking care of my little boy. This being my first pet I wasn’t always sure that I was doing the right thing and the entire staff was always very reassuring when I was doing the right thing and empathetic and helpful when I wasn’t. Couldn’t have asked for a better vet experience. Unfortunately due to a neurological issue that he was born with, my sweet baby had to be put to sleep. During this process, the staff was incredibly kind and supportive. They ensured that Tron was comfortable and that I was comfortable, walking me through the process and all of the steps after. The staff at this Vetco Total Care location not only cares for the animals, but the humans too."
