"DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY IN FULL UNTIL SATISFIED WITH WORK DONE. we have some flaws in our Granite countertops. Company came out a few times, last stated they would have to pull granite back out take to shop for repairs but were then ignored. Paid in full but job never completed. I will never use or suggest using this company again unless they make it right."

I have had several neighbors and friends have granite installed by ECG and every one of them has had an issue, with no resolution by ECG. They also treat their employees awful. Beware if you choose to do business with ECG."

"I had vitalina as my sales rep and she did an EXCELLENT job picking the perfect color counter for me. I told her the colors I was looking for and she picked it right away. Template team did a great job explaining to me what they were doing. I have a U shaped counter and the fabrication team cut it to match so great where the seams were. Install team was friendly and very good at making sure my counter was to my liking. I LOVE my new kitchen."

"This is not a professional company. Their reps are quick to sell a product but are never available when something is wrong. I had them install a counter top for a grill station but they cut the openings not to the correct measurements. When I called them back I couldn't get anyone to work with me on fixing this. They consider themselves too big to worry about the little details. I would not recommend them to anyone."
