"I went in there a few times with an air compressor that I was trying to modify so I could mount in the engine bay of my vehicle. I had broken off a fitting and while I had gotten it out, the specific air compressor I used didn't have standard threaded holes to be able to buy a new fitting and thread it right in. Nathan spent way more time than he had to trying to help me chain together fittings so that way I could take my off the wall idea, and make it happen. He could have easily said "We don't carry a fitting that goes from 1/8 compression, to 1/4 pipe. Sorry and have a good day" but took the time and had the customer service skills to find a solution to my problem. So thank you to Nathan and the other associate he called over while I was in there to help find what I need."
